superb stay!
cava arrival chilled bottle fresh meat tourist sites
the staff provided cava upon arrival. a bottle waited in the room, chilled, for our wedding anniversary. breakfast offered fresh meats, cheeses, pastries, breads, and fruits. they prepared eggs and omelets upon request. i found the bed and room really comfortable. i was within walking distance of major tourist sites, restaurants, and shopping!!!
sound insulation between rooms could be slightly improved. i could hear noises sometimes.

The hotel is in a peaceful area, north of the cathedral. from the balcony, i could observe the locals in the morning. many shops and cafes are nearby. A short walk takes you to rent a bike.

The hotel features a nice pool with service. I got a gin and tonic on the roof terrace. the minibar was complimentary! the welcome drink was a great gesture after a long trip. it was AMAZING!!!

Superb Stay!
warm welcome room upgrade crisp sheet comfy bed
The staff offered a warm welcome upon my arrival. I received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite! The room was spacious. It included crisp sheets and comfy pillows. The rooftop pool provided very nice views. I found the beds really comfy!!!
My room seemed to have little insulation for noise. I could hear everything throughout the night. This did disturb my sleep slightly.

warm welcome front desk helpful staff intimate style
i really enjoyed the warm welcome. i got cava right when i arrived. blanca and franco at the front desk were super helpful and made everything special. the hotel's style is intimate and stylish too!
the rooms don't block noise very well. i could hear everything at night.

The hotel has a central location. The staff took care of me from arrival! when i arrived a little early, my room wasn't quite ready. i was offered refreshments and the staff stored my bags as i explored the city. i found the staff to be supportive and friendly. they looked after all my needs, especially considering my disability.
the rooms offered little sound insulation. i could hear everything throughout the night. it impacted my sleep considerably because of this.
